Library Files
These library files are intended for GeneChip® Operating Software (GCOS), Microarray Suite (MAS), and Expression Console™ Software users. Additional annotation files can be accessed on specific array support pages.
Instructions
WinZip is required for accessing the files. Download and install a free evaluation version of WinZip, then download the zipped files to your hard drive using the links below. Double click on the downloaded file to open WinZip and begin the installation.
For large files, you may wish to use a free download manager. Simply download the program and double click on the Affymetrix file you wish to access. The manager will allow you to speed up, schedule, and pause/resume any downloads from the site.
Array Plate Library files
GeneTitan™ and GeneTitan MC Instrument and AGCC 3.x Software
The following array plate library files are intended for use with AGCC 3.x and higher for use with the GeneTitan family of instruments. Please note that the library files in this section cannot be used with AGCC 2.x. To find out which version of AGCC version is installed on your system, visit the AGCC Portal web page and observe the version number in the Help > About page.
Download the zip file and save the file to a folder on the workstation. Start the GeneTitan library file installer from the AGCC launcher window and set the source path in the application to the folder containing the array plate zip files. Start the install. Please note that the data files in the zip should not be extracted or uncompressed. The zip file must be saved as is with the .zip extension. Please refer to the AGCC user manual for additional information.

GeneTitan Instrument and AGCC 2.x Software
The following array plate library files are intended for use with AGCC 2.x for use with the GeneTitan Instrument. These library files cannot be used with the GeneTitan MC Instrument and AGCC 3.x software.

Library File Updaters
GeneChip® Scanner 3000 Library File Updater
To run the GeneChip Rat Expression 230 Arrays, GeneChip Mouse Expression 430 Arrays, or CustomExpress™ Arrays (Formats: 100-2187, 49-5241, 49-7875) on the GeneChip Scanner 3000, you will need to install the library files as usual and then perform a short update to those library files.
