Expression Console™ Software
Expression Console™ software supports probe set summarization and CHP file generation for both 3' expression (e.g., Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array) and exon arrays (e.g., Human Exon 1.0 ST Array). The Expression Console workflow provides the user with a choice of the more commonly used probe set summarization algorithms.
Tiling Analysis Software (TAS)
The Affymetrix® Tiling Analysis Software enables analysis of GeneChip® Tiling Arrays, a new tool to discover novel RNA transcripts or map sites of protein-DNA interaction.
