The GeneChip® Instrument System is a fully integrated platform for conducting your research using GeneChip® brand probe arrays. Affymetrix offers three versions of this system.
The GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G System includes the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G, Fluidics Station 450, Hybridization Oven 645 and a powerful computer workstation with quad-core Xeon processors loaded with Affymetrix® GeneChip® Command Console® Software (AGCC). This system can be purchased with or without a GeneChip® AutoLoader.
The GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G Whole-Genome Association System is designed for use with the Affymetrix SNP Assay 6.0. This system includes the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G Plus with AutoLoader, two Fluidics Station 450s, Hybridization Oven 645 and a powerful computer workstation with quad-core Xeon processors loaded with Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console Software (AGCC). The system comes with a 2D handheld barcode reader for the instrument control workstation.
The GeneChip® Scanner 3000 Targeted Genotyping System is designed for use with Affymetrix GeneChip® Custom Genotyping assays and GeneChip® probe arrays. The system includes the four-color GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G Plus with AutoLoader, two Fluidics Station 450s, Hybridization Oven 645, a powerful computer workstation with quad-core Xeon processors loaded with Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console Software (AGCC), pre-amp and post-amp workstations with GeneChip® Targeted Genotyping Analysis Software and a 2D handheld barcode reader with each workstation.
The purchase price includes a one-year service agreement.
