Description:
10X TAE solution consisting of 400mM Tris and 0.01M EDTA in high purity dH2O adjusted to pH 8.3. Solution is 0.2 μm filtered and dispensed into durable, square Nalgene bottles. The 5 L size is supplied in an upright carton with a convenient dispensing spout. Dilute to 1X with high purity dH2O for a solution consisting of 40mM Tris Acetate, pH 8.3 and 1.0mM EDTA.
