Description:
20X TBS (Tris Buffered Saline) solution consisting of 500mM Tris, 60mM KCl and 2.8M NaCl in high purity dH2O, pH 7.4. Solution is 0.2 μm filtered and dispensed into durable, square Nalgene bottles. The 5 L size is supplied in an upright carton with a convenient dispensing spout. Dilute to 1X with high purity water for a solution consisting of 25mM Tris, pH 7.4, 3.0mM KCl and 140mM NaCl.
