Yeast Extract: 24 gm/L
Potassium Phosphate Dibasic: 12.5 gm/L
Potassium Phosphate Monobasic: 2.3 gm/L
To use:
Add 50.8 gm powder, 4 ml glycerol and 996 ml water to make 1 liter medium. Dissolve and autoclave.
Applications:
Provides greater yields of plasmid DNA and recombinant proteins than LB media by allowing for greater cell density.
