Casein Peptone: 10 gm/L
Yeast Extract: 5 gm/L
Sodium Chloride: 10 gm/L
Agar: 15 gm/L
To use:
Dissolve 40 gm powder per liter of purified water. Autoclave, cool and make plates.
Applications:
For the propagation of bacteria.
