Luria Agar, Ready-Made Powder
Off-white free flowing powder.
pH (4.0%, H2O): 7.0 ± 0.2
Casein Peptone: 10 gm/L
Yeast Extract: 5 gm/L
Sodium Chloride: 10 gm/L
Agar: 15 gm/L
Dissolve 40 gm powder per liter of purified water. Autoclave, cool and make plates.
